The birth of a child is one of the most exciting, fulfilling events life has to offer. Every baby is unique, and every mother and family is special.
Wesley Healthcare supports you and your family during and after birth. We encourage you and your doctor to develop your own “birth plan,” which outlines your wishes for your labor and delivery. You can make your own choices regarding pain management, birthing method, family involvement and more.
Should you need handicap access or interpretive services, please let us know, and we will ensure your needs are met. It is the policy of Wesley Healthcare not to discriminate on the basis of disability in admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, our program and activities.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are not offering live tours of the birth center at Wesley Medical Center or Wesley Birth Care Suites at this time. Feel free to view the following videos to familiarize yourself with our facilities.
Wesley offers a variety of maternity classes, ranging from breastfeeding to caring for your new baby. Due to the pandemic, all of our maternity classes are being conducted online at this time, and are offered free of charge.

Maternity nurse navigator
Morgan Tracy, BSN, RN
“I was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, and received a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Wichita State University in 2009. I have worked at Wesley Healthcare for 10 years, seven of which have been spent in labor and delivery.
I have learned so much about all the intricacies of each pregnancy and how every pregnancy and delivery is different. Not only have I experienced Wesley Healthcare as an employee but also as a patient.
Wesley is where I delivered my children, from normal pregnancies to an emergency C-section and a successful VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean). I have experienced the amazing care from our expertly trained nurses, physicians, delivery team, lactation specialists and NICU. I have also experienced the more difficult part of pregnancies that end in miscarriage. Wesley has been able to cover the gamut of all I could and could not expect with pregnancy, care and support.
Many of my family have used labor and delivery services at Wesley Healthcare, including my grandmother, mother and sister-in-law, and I would not want them to go anywhere else, as Wesley has the best care and support services available.
