The preoperative class covers:

  • How to prepare for surgery
  • Arrival on surgery day and discharge
  • What to expect as you recover
  • Exercises and rehabilitation with our physical and occupational therapists

The class occurs on the second Tuesday of the month from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the conference room at Wesley Birth Care Suites, 3222 E. Murdock St. The class is also available on the fourth Tuesday of every month from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the Cessna Conference Room at Wesley Medical Center.
