Wesley Medical Center's occupational medicine program offers comprehensive services, including occupational therapy, hand therapy, workplace health solutions and more. We also provide pediatric occupational therapy services at Wesley Children's Hospital.
Outpatient therapy location and admissions
Outpatient occupational therapy services are provided in the Medical Arts Tower on the Wesley Medical Center campus. Our office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. All outpatient evaluations and treatments can be scheduled by calling (316) 962-8025. A physician prescription and insurance authorization are required.
When you call to schedule an appointment, we will need your name, birth date, diagnosis, date when problems began, treatment ordered, physician's name, insurance information and a daytime phone number.
Please bring verification of insurance and a physician's prescription for occupational therapy. Also, make sure to report to the admissions office 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
