Our care team is committed to providing you with intensive inpatient therapy that is designed to support you on your health journey. We can help you optimize the skills needed to perform everyday activities, such as doing laundry or taking a walk around your neighborhood, by developing an individualized and progressive physical rehabilitation program.

Our multidisciplinary team consists of physicians, therapists, nurses and social workers. We also have nutritionists, specialists and in-house pharmacists available. Together, we work to help you regain as much function, strength and mobility as possible.

Depending on your condition, your personalized program may include:

Family involvement training

Having your family members involved increases your chance of a successful recovery. We highly encourage open communication and family participation in program events, such as training sessions and recreational activities. Prior to your discharge, we will schedule a family training session so all your loved ones know how to best support you after returning home.
