WICHITA – Wesley Children’s Foundation is hosting its first annual Wine Women & Shoes event on Friday, Oct. 21, at 6:30 p.m. at the Wichita Marriott. Attendees of the event will enjoy wine tastings, a live and silent auction featuring lavish trips and experiences, a fashion marketplace and a fashion show.

“It’s going to be a fun evening surrounded by exceptional fashion, food and wine – all for the purpose of helping children,” said Jill Bosley, Wesley Children’s Foundation executive director. “By purchasing a ticket, event attendees are helping the foundation to support pediatric care, education and other initiatives that improve the health of children in Kansas.”

All proceeds from Wine Women & Shoes will go to Wesley Children’s Foundation’s mission for the care and improvement of children’s health in and around Kansas. Funds raised will go to assist families who need help purchasing health-related items such as medication and medical equipment for their children, and assisting with travel costs related to the care of their child. Funds also will be used to provide programs to assist sick children in their healing process. All money raised stays in the community to help our local families.

Tickets are $100 for general admission or $150 for VIPs and can be purchased by calling (316) 962-2403 or by visiting www.winewomenandshoes.com/wichita or www.wesleychildrensfoundation.org.
