Wesley Children’s Hospital provides the widest range of expert pediatric care in the region with more than 50 pediatric specialists and subspecialists utilizing state-of-the-art technology and facilities.

Wesley has the only pediatric ER and pediatric surgeon available 24/7 in the region. Staff includes pediatricians, pediatric nurses and child life specialists, as well as respiratory therapists, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals who specialize in pediatrics.

Travis is a 2004 graduate of the Cowley College Paramedic Program. He began his career in Emergency Medicine with Winfield EMS and completed his Bachelor of Science degree at Fort Hays State University the same year. Travis began working part time as a Flight Paramedic in 2007 and transitioned to full time in 2010. In 2013, he completed the RN program at Pratt Community College. Travis has been the EMS Coordinator at Wesley since July of 2019. He continues to work part time as a Flight Paramedic/RN and is an adjunct instructor at Cowley College, where he teaches online A&P and Pathophysiology. He and his wife Kris have a daughter and two sons.
