Description:
This class is important for any pregnant woman wanting to ensure her health and the health of her unborn baby. Call us as soon as you know you are pregnant. Topics covered include preterm labor, prenatal nutrition and exercise, changes of pregnancy, fetal development, and substances to avoid. A tour of the BirthCare Center is included. $15 per person/family. One 2-hour session from 7 to 9 p.m. at the BirthCare Center.
