WICHITA –Wesley Healthcare has named Jennifer Krier, an experienced human resources professional with a passion for employee engagement, its new vice president of human resources.

“Jennifer’s past experience with Wesley Healthcare will be invaluable,” said Bill Voloch, Wesley president and CEO. “We are fortunate to have such a seasoned professional helping to lead our hiring, retention and engagement strategies.”

A Wesley human resources veteran of 10 years, Krier left for six months for another job opportunity before being lured back to Wesley last month. When asked why she came back to Wesley, Krier said it’s the people and the industry that brought her back.

“I am so excited to be back working in healthcare and with the Wesley team again,” she said. “The hospital has been home to me for most of my career, and it has blessed me with so many opportunities to grow and develop as a human resources professional.”

Krier graduated from Wichita State University with a bachelor’s degree in human resources management, and she received a master’s degree in human resources development from Webster University in Wichita.

Krier enjoys outdoor activities and is an avid runner, completing several half-marathons and other races in the Wichita area. She is a sports fan and loves cheering on the Dallas Cowboys and Wichita State Shockers.
