Flashback Friday! In the early 1900s Wesley Hospital introduced the Nurses' Training School. The classroom skeleton that the students used was kept in a bushel basket in the basement storeroom. When it was needed for class, two students were sent to fetch the basket. As the walk from the basement to the classroom required going outdoors, the basket was kept covered by an old blanket to keep from shocking the neighbors.
